The
European Union is not a simple organization or a group
of countries meeting. It is much more than the average
international organization; it is a union of 27 countries
containing 1.6 million square miles and about half a billion
people. Not only does it mean a lot to it is members but
also to the rest of the world. The E.U. has been working
to achieve peace in the Middle East. The E.U. works with
the U.S. to spread common values. Lastly the E.U. is working
to clean the environment and promote green living. The
E.U. will make the world a better place. The European
Union may be located in Europe, but it has dedicated itself
to helping in the Middle East. They are now creating treaties
and resolving conflict in Israel and Palestine. They are
rebuilding communities in Afghanistan and helping promote
peace in the area. Also they are sharing their value of
environmental practices. According to The European Union

This will all be crucial to create peace in the Middle

The European Union may be stationed in Europe but they
still very close with the United States. The E.U. works

East. They have worked together in the past, for example,
during the Cold War. They will both use all their resources
to stop terrorism, threats to security and stability,
weapons proliferation, drugs and organized crime. Overall
the team they form will change the world for the better.
The environment is in terrible shape right now and needs
to be fixed. The European Union is promoting a clean environment
by establishing laws against water, air and noise pollution.
The E.U. has recently adopted a new chemicals policy and
legislation. This will shift the burden of proof from
the government to industry. Information on the drugs will
be used to make sure anyone handling the chemicals will
be safe. The environment needs to be cleaned and the European

The world has many serious issues that need to be handled
now. The European Union is doing their part and more to
fix these crises. The E.U. means a lot to the world and
me because of their efforts to help people across the
